Behemoth – The Shadow Elite

De Poolse metalband Behemoth brengt op 9 mei het nieuwe album The Shit Ov God uit. Dat wordt alweer album numero elf van frontman Nergal en de zijnen. Eind januari presenteerde Behemoth titeltrack The Shit Ov God als leadsingle, nu is daar The Shadow Elite als tweede opwarmer. Uiteraard verloopt de single op ouderwets loeiharde wijze. ‘We are the shadow elite/Blackening holy land’, brult Nergal in zijn microfoon, terwijl de rest van Behemoth de instrumenten tot het uiterste test. De duistere, vrij angstaanjagende videoclip doet de rest van het werk. Wie de duistere black metal van Behemoth live wil ervaren kan op 13 april in 013 te Tilburg terecht. De Poolse band neemt dan Satyricon en Rotting Christ mee als support acts.
